This project was easy for me because goal setting is something that I have constantly been thinking about for the last two years and even more so since I have been in college. Even on a small scale everyday I come up with a list in my head of things that I would like to accomplish before the day is done and this is a form of goal setting that has helped me. I have been thinking so much about what I need to do to be happy and successful here at UNE and setting clear goals and setting up pathways so that I can accomplish those goals helps me reduce my stress.  I start to feel the anxiety and stress creep in when I  forget my goals and when I don’t have a plan for my responsibilities and schoolwork.
