Brainwashed by her church (What church?(Explain The church and give more background context)she used twitter to spread hate and hurt others(be more specific give an example of what she said online to hurt others) . In Phelp-’s Roper’s case social media helped and hurt because although she reached many people through twitter with her church’s rhetoric, the people that reacted to her tweets were able to persuade her to reexamine her beliefs(How were they able to persuade her what did they say) and get away from the brainwashing of the Westboro Baptist Church and turn over a new leaf.
