I think my pacing and articulation wasn’t the best in My soundscape #2 (Indoor). I did my soundscape at a UNE hockey game and recorded all of my sounds at the hockey game against Endicott. I feel that my narration in this soundscape is rushed and too loud in some places. Also I was missing an intro. A time stamp where I think my narration could have been better was 0:58 – 1:14. I think the sounds of the hockey game are competing with my voice and that I’m talking too fast. I think that the sounds that I captured from the game have potential but I edited them together poorly and the narration really lets the whole thing down. I also think that my transitions are not smooth and that makes the podcast sound jumpy.I probably should have picked a different topic because I don’t really understand hockey and therefore I didn’t really know what I was talking about.
